Who am I?
I am an innovative Media & Digital Art researcher, artist, and educator with a PhD in Music focused on Sonic Arts from the SARC: Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Sound and Music at Queen’s University Belfast. I specialise in interdisciplinary projects that merge artistic expression with academic research.
With a strong foundation in creative audiovisual media production, my work encompasses immersive installations, participatory experiences, and audiovisual storytelling. My diverse background includes an MRes in Arts & Humanities, a BFA in Electroacoustic Studies, and a BA in Anthropology, equipping me with a unique perspective on exploring the intersection of sound, media production, culture, and community engagement.
I have led and collaborated on numerous international projects throughout my career, including soundwalks, exhibitions, academic conferences, and peer-reviewed publications. Driven by a passion for amplifying various narratives, I leverage innovative mediums like spatial audio, sonic mapping, and digital arts to create impactful experiences.
I am particularly interested in how sound, media, and digital arts interact with urban places and social contexts, offering new ways to engage with and understand environments.
In addition to my artistic practice, I bring extensive experience in teaching and mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students. I have developed interdisciplinary curricula, facilitated workshops, and guided students through creative research processes, focusing on participatory and inclusive methodologies. I aim to bridge the gap between creative practice and academia, expanding the impact of media-based research across diverse settings.
I am actively seeking opportunities to apply my sonic arts, media production, research, and project management skills to contribute to innovative, cross-disciplinary projects that engage communities, inspire creativity, and push the boundaries of how we experience places and spaces.

I am also the Co-creator of Matheos & Georgios. This partnership is composed of two life-long friends with multiple interests in sound design, acousmatic composition, and sonic arts. As a team, we view art as a medium to present real-life issues or topics that concern the masses and areas of human experiences. This is to form an attempt of dialogue by involving the viewer physically and emotionally within our pieces. Our collective works reflect the preservation and continuity of knowledge, language, and communication.
